Vic Singh is a Founding General Partner with ENIAC Ventures and CEO of Tracks, a stealth mode mobile software startup. He has over 12 years of experience as an entrepreneur, operator and investor in software startups. Vic previously Co-Founded NearVerse, a venture backed mobile technology startup building a rich media delivery platform for smartphones.
Previously, Vic was a venture capitalist with RRE Ventures, a VC firm with $850MM under management where he focused on investments in consumer internet and mobile. He led the firm’s investment in Adaptive Blue (social network for entertainment) and helped close several deals including Flipswap (mobile resell), M-Via (mobile remittance), GoMobo (mobile payments), Payfone (mobile payments) and Tendril (mobile smart grid).
Vic has advised numerous startups on product and marketing strategy including Hopstop, Exergen, Organic Motion, Remote Reality and Big Bang Entertainment. Vic began his career as a technology consultant implementing software solutions for major corporations including Bose, MetLife, LG, Sara Lee and Unilever.
Vic holds an MBA from Columbia Business School where he was a Robert Toigo Foundation Fellow, an InSITE Fellow and Co-President of the Venture Capital and Private Equity Club. He earned a BSE in Mechanical Engineering with minors in Economics and Mathematics from the University of Pennsylvania where he was awarded the National Science Foundation Fellowship.
