Has successfully managed accounting departments domestically and performed acquisitions worldwide, both in the service industry as well as in manufacturing. Has also been in charge of the integration and implementation process for acquired companies and has transformed troubled companies into profitable enterprises. Is able to go anywhere in the world with a full spectrum of services to direct, manage, audit, perform Sarbanes–Oxley work and enhance accounting departments, both operationally and financially. Has the ability to create multimillion dollar revenue sourcing attained through proactive negotiation of contracts and funding agreements. Is multicultural and can function and adapt well to both domestic and overseas assignments. Traveled and worked in fifty different countries including all six continents.
