Vellesh has over 15 years of diverse technology product marketing and M&A experience with Wind River, Logilent Learning Systems, BroadLogic and Adaptec (USA). He led the Wind River acquisition and assimilation efforts in the networking technology space and was responsible for successful acquisition of two companies. He has significant experience in strategic alliances, business development and merger / acquisition integration. Over the last 3 years, Vellesh has developed significant Indian operating experience in construction materials, textiles and consulting, helping scale a number of Indian companies significantly.
