A PHP programer and web developer, Ulpian Morina is founder of Gurrop (the “data revolutionising” social site still in development). Worked on previous enterprise-level security applications. He is a Linux lover and Free Software / Freedom of information fan.
Ulpian is the author of “Dodona”, a new encryption script written in PHP that criticizes PGP for it’s “mechanical” way of working and it’s inability to be popular with the common user. Ulpian is also a founder of the Anti-List movement, which aims to get developers and designer to not display information in the list format. Arguing that “this is not how the mind sees information so why show it like that?”
He is currently most active on Gurrop, a social site that promises to resurrect forums and change the way people use and view other people’s opinions. The site is open for people to use but is not recommended to visit until all developments have finalised.
