Chief Geek Troy is a dynamic and energetic entrepreneur who is leading Geekdom™ into a new era of online marketing. This ‘Chief Geek’ has more than 15 years experience in the media and publishing sectors, four of which have been in the digital space. Troy has held senior management positions at Murdoch Magazines, Scholastic Australia, Swish Group Ltd and Go Transit Media Group. He founded GRV Media, and carried out the first onboard digital entertainment system on Australian commuter rails. Troy is now pioneering the way forward as CEO here at Geekdom, which is a brainchild of the parent company the Photon Group. When Troy isn’t ruling over Geekdom, he is the Managing Director for Photon Group Ltd subsidiaries iMega and Crystal Storm. He’s also a member of the National Institute of Accountants, the Australian Institute of Management and the Institute of Company Directors.
