As Executive Vice President of Architecture & Engineering, Troy M. Pearsall oversees In-Q-Tel’s technology assessment and solutions architectures development. The team’s mission is to help identify and evaluate innovative technology solutions that will address the needs of the U.S. Intelligence Community, which includes engaging with IQT’s government customers to determine technology requirements and to identify and evaluate technologies for their effectiveness and potential mission impact prior to an IQT strategic investment. In this role, Mr. Pearsall also directs the development of viable solutions frameworks, reference architectures, and solutions plans that prioritize and address critical technology needs within IQT’s various IC partner communities.
Mr. Pearsall has over 15 of years experience in technology development and adoption. Prior to joining IQT, Mr. Pearsall served in numerous management roles in the public and private sectors including several Fortune 500 and startup companies.
Before assuming the role of Executive Vice President of Architecture & Engineering, Mr. Pearsall served as a Visionary Solutions Architect on IQT’s technical team, championing investments in the areas of information visualization and visual analytics.
