Tom is Redfin’s Chief Marketing Officer, heading the company’s marketing strategy and communications, public relations and brand management.
Tom also oversees Redfin’s social media, e-mail, website merchandising and advertising programs. Before joining Redfin’s marketing team, Tom led a team of 160 people as senior vice president of marketing for REI, a customer-focused national outdoor retail co-op based in the Pacific Northwest.
Prior to REI, Tom spent eight years at Dell, Inc. in leadership roles in consumer marketing, sales and e-commerce. Tom graduated magna cum laude from the University of Missouri-Columbia with a Bachelors of Science degree in Economics and from Harvard Business School with an MBA in Marketing and Finance.
