He has extensive experience in working with senior management of financial institutions to provide alternative distribution and management strategies, strategic marketing initiatives, and M&A counsel. Prior to that Tom was a Managing Partner, Board Member, and co-developer of M Financial Group, a company with a distribution force made up of one hundred twenty firms and over $700 million in revenue. Tom served as a board member during the reorganization of SAIF, Oregon’s state accident insurance fund, and he currently serves on several other corporate boards, including National Worksite Partners, Insurance Advisors, and Coyote Ventures.
