Tom Kuhr has launched dozens of innovative products and services around the globe for both public and private technology companies. He’s an authority in social media, SaaS, and Internet infrastructure software, and understands how to build word of mouth, viral and referral marketing directly into online products and services.
Tom currently spearheads product management and product strategy, as well as marketing and public relations initiatives for Truviso. He has more than 17 years of experience bringing new technologies and software services to both business and consumer markets.
Prior to joining Truviso, Tom headed Kuhr Strategies, a marketing consulting firm that assisted software, social media and ecommerce companies in launching new products and growing revenue. Ensuring marketing was built into online services like OleOle.com and CircleUp.com, he helped to grow these companies from concept to millions unique monthly users in months. Before that, Tom was Vice President of Marketing at Telelogic, a publicly-traded $220 million software company acquired by IBM, where he managed global marketing efforts in more than 30 countries. Tom has held senior marketing and management positions at disruptive Internet and enterprise software firms including Stamps.com, Day Software, and Styleclick.com - where he learned the value of great analytics first-hand. Tom graduated with a bachelor’s degree from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
