Tom is Chairman of AKQA, the leading and most-awarded digital agency. He has been an innovator and pioneer in the advertising and communications business for more than three decades. In 2012, Tom was recognized as an Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of The Year for his leadership in the marketing services industry. Before AKQA, Tom was founder and CEO of Citron Haligman Bedecarré, San Francisco’s largest independent advertising agency.

Tom holds a BA degree from Stanford University and an MBA degree from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
