Todd worked as VP of Sales Operations at Yahoo before resigning in August 2008.
At Yahoo, Todd Teresi managed advertising customer service efforts and oversees the advertising policies for the Company’s sales organization. Prior to joining Yahoo! in 1999, Mr. Teresi was a founding member of the high technology, mergers and acquisitions practice at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where he was responsible for structuring, due diligence, execution and integration activities for business combinations ranging from $10 million to over $3 billion. Before this role, he served in the audit and business advisory services practice where he led audit and consulting engagements for prominent high tech and multinational corporations.
Mr. Teresi is also Chair of the IAB’s Measurement Guidelines Task Force, which is working to develop a set of measurement and audit guidelines in relation to counting impressions for interactive advertising.
