Todd joined Buerk Dale Victor in 2002. He currently serves on the board of directors for BDV portfolio companies Sensaria, Escapia and Wellpartner and as a board observer for Max-Viz.
Before Todd joined the BDV team, he worked for the Sienna Group where he led due diligence efforts and analyzed potential private equity investments in the Pacific Northwest. Prior to that, Todd was Vice President of Sales & Marketing at OPi, Inc., a Mountain View, California developer of web-based expenditure management systems. While at OPi, he was responsible for the company’s inside and outside sales forces and led all outbound marketing efforts. From 1997 to 2000, Todd was Vice President of Acquisitions at Wash Depot Holdings, Inc. where he was part of an acquisitions team that grew the company into the nation’s largest chain of car wash facilities with over seventy locations and $100 million in annual revenue. From 1994 to 1997, Todd was National Marketing Manager at UMA, Inc., an Atlanta-based sports marketing firm.
Todd received an A.B in English from Dartmouth College, where he was a two-sport athlete and played on three Ivy League Championship football teams.
