Todd Herschberg is a seasoned entrepreneur and marketing executive with a heavy emphasis on branding, ecommerce and digital marketing including SEO, SEM and social media. In addition to his frequent speaking engagements and consulting practice, he am one of the most-connected people on LinkedIn, one of FastCompany’s 50 Most Influential People Online for 2010 (#33) and is the founder of 3 of the 10 largest community groups on Groupsite.com
Mr. Herschberg has also founded and managed a number of start-up tech firms where he was instrumental in the development and refinement of several search engine technologies and marketing programs. He was also one of the founders of Albert’s Ambry (alberts.com) one of the internet’s first specialty software search engines, where he helped to develop both their search algorithms and fraud control filtering systems. He has additionally been involved with several other major search engines over the years, ranging in capacities from beta tester for Digital’s AltaVista search systems to senior second-tier editor for the NewHoo project (now DMOZ) to Director of SEO for Like.com (now owned by Google). He also had creative input into Australia’s WebWombat search engine.
