Todd Forrest is a Managing Director and Chief Financial Officer at Hummer Winblad Venture Partners. Todd plays a key role in the structuring and negotiation of Hummer Winblad’s investments. Previously Todd was the Vice President - Finance & Administration at Critical Path, Inc., and a member of its Executive Staff. Prior to Critical Path, Todd was an audit manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, where he delivered advisory services to multi-national public and private companies primarily in the technology, telecommunications, and financial services industries. Todd currently serves on the board of the Private Equity CFO Organization and is a member of the CFO Task Force for the National Venture Capital Association and AICPA.
