T.J. is responsible for all aspects of marketing and communications for Sportgenic, including publisher and advertiser products. Prior to Sportgenic, T.J. served as vice president of marketing for LookSmart, an online advertising and technology company, where he was responsible for the marketing and growth of the company’s self-service and managed advertisers. During his tenure, he and his team added thousands of new advertisers and increased the average monthly spend per advertiser by 60%. His more than 13 years of experience includes developing and executing marketing strategies and advertising campaigns in a wide range of industries, including technology, sports, travel and real estate for companies such as Anheuser-Busch and Intrawest.
Having grown up in Squaw Valley, California, near Lake Tahoe, T.J. is passionate about downhill skiing, water skiing, cycling and mountain biking. He also is an enthusiastic sports fan who can be seen on the sidelines of triathlons, marathons, ski races and major sporting events cheering on friends, amateurs and pro athletes.
