Tish Whitcraft is the MySpace SVP of Customer Care responsible for delivering a world-class user experience to the 250 million + MySpace users. In her new role, she will be responsible for building scalable global customer support, user experience and satisfaction and driving the user feedback loop back to the business. In addition, Tish will focus on building and implementing a new online self-help strategy which will allow MySpace users to get answers and help by delivering more accurate and relevant information right when users need it and want it.
Tish Whitcraft was the vice president of customer experience of ooma until early 2008, where she and oversaw the global strategy, marketing, business development, product development and operations.
Prior to joining ooma, Whitcraft headed up Global Customer Operations for Yahoo’s 850 million users in 48 global markets across all product categories, handling more than 70 million customer interactions annually. While at Yahoo, she also was responsible for the integration of acquisitions such as Flickr, Dialpad, Kelkoo, Musicmatch, Overture and AltaVista, along with partnerships such as AT&T, Verizon, Rogers, Nokia, Alibaba and British Telecom.
With extensive experience in the communications and outsourcing sectors, Whitcraft has held executive management positions with companies including inServ e-Customer Solutions, Aegis Communications, Lexi International, and Communique Telecommunications. At Aegis, Whitcraft served as chief operations officer and senior vice president of operations, where she oversaw the development and deployment of eCRM services to over 12,000 workstations servicing communication, technology, software and financial service industries with clients such as AT&T, Macromedia, SBC, Nextel, Directv and the Dish Network. Whitcraft is recognized throughout the industry as a leading thought leader on customer experience and technology.
Tish Whitcraft holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from California State Polytechnic University. She is on the Board of Directors for PeoplesMD.
