Tish Whitcraft

Tish Whitcraft is SVP of Customer Experience and Operations for MySpace and is responsible for delivering a world-class user experience to the 250M+ MySpace users. In her role, she is responsible for building scalable global customer support, user experience and satisfaction and driving the user feedback loop back to the business. In addition, Tish is also responsible for all the customer technology systems, CMS and MySpace’s online help platform.

Prior to MySpace, Tish served as Vice President of Global Customer Care and Experience for Yahoo!. She was responsible for the experience and support for Yahoo!’s 850M users in 48 markets. Tish and her team were responsible for handling more than 70 million customer interactions each year, in 22 different languages. In addition to frontline operations responsibilities, Tish led mergers and acquisition customer due diligence for Yahoo!, responsible for dozens of corporate integrations including Yahoo!’s purchases of Flickr, Dialpad, Kelkoo, Musicmatch, Overture and AltaVista. Tish also lead the Company’s customer experience strategy which included the development of the customer enterprise process and platform responsible for tracking the global enterprise view of the customer across all markets and product, “connecting the dots” on the entire Yahoo customer experience.

Tish is known throughout the technology industry as an influencer and thought leader on customer experience, product quality, global relevancy, and scalable operations.
