Tina Corley joined Eastside in 2005 as a Partner and Chief Financial Officer. Previously, she served as a Partner and CFO of Southeastern Technology Fund. Tina has significant venture capital, private equity and M&A experience, having completed over $250 million in equity investments and acquisitions over the past two decades.
Tina assists Eastside’s companies as an advisor and/or on an interim-executive basis with a wide range of issues, including general accounting, budgeting, compliance, deferred compensation, equity incentive programs, and engaging in a sales process.
