Timur actively developes RubyOnRails-based projects, trains new programmers and administrators for their further integration into the processes of companies he is co-owning, where Flatsourcing.com US-based company is always a priority.

Co-organized first BarCamp in Russia with his partners and friends Oleg Kurnosov, Alexey Mamaev and Chris Schultz who he worked with since 2001 in various project and since 2005 also in RubyOnRails-based award-winning projects like meta-search engine Huckabuck.com and siteMighty.com site builder.
