Timothy founded WeddingWire with the vision of infusing technology into the wedding and event industry.
Founded in 2007, WeddingWire has quickly become the fastest-growing wedding and events platform for the industry. The company has helped millions of engaged couples plan their celebrations by offering the largest and most comprehensive directory of wedding and events vendors and business reviews in the U.S. and Canada. With its innovative Software- as-a-Solution (SaaS) business platform, WeddingWire powers more than 120,000 small and medium-sized businesses. This self-service platform offers a comprehensive solution for advertising, marketing, CRM, and networking.
Previously, Timothy co-founded Blackboard Inc in 1998. While at Blackboard, Timothy pioneered many of Blackboard’s product and strategic initiatives, helping the company grow to over 600 employees and a valuation of over $750 Million.
Timothy holds a B.S. degree in Operations Research/Industrial Engineering from Cornell University and a Master’s of Science degree in Engineering Management from Tufts University. He is a member of the Young Professionals Organization.
