Timothy B. Jones has over 15 years of executive experience starting new companies and developing new businesses in the technology industry.
As a 2007 MIT Sloan Fellow, he and colleagues conducted a research project with Google on software-as-a-service (SaaS) applications. This research led Mr. Jones to co-found Buzzient, a SaaS application provider that enables marketers and advertising agencies to conduct business intelligence on social media for improved brand management and customer service.
Prior to Buzzient, Mr. Jones was CEO of BionTTech, a Georgia Tech spin-off company that focused on explosive detection for homeland security; Mr. Jones led the IP protection process leading to US Patent # 7,413,892.
