Tim Villanueva is the CTO of Ustream.tv. Tim was previously GM of the PayPal Platform and Developer Network at eBay/PayPal. Previously, he was VP/GM at Yahoo! HotJobs. He initially joined HotJobs.com as the Chief Technology Officer. Villanueva came to HotJobs.com from a nine-year tenure with Intuit where he served a variety of roles, including Chief Architect and Director of Business Development & Product Management. He was one of the original engineers of the best-selling Quicken personal accounting software.
