Tim Clarke is Vice President of Marketing at Optimal, Inc, a provider of real-time analytics and advertising tools to help marketers manage, scale and optimize social media advertising. In his role, Tim’s primary focus is on building the optim.al brand – the company’s leading Facebook Ad Testing and Management platform.
Mr. Clarke possesses deep digital marketing and business development roots, and a career which incorporates both traditional CPG marketing and technology systems. A core member of the team which launched Pete’s Wicked Ale to national prominence, he managed the brand portfolio, from the company’s seed phase to their successful IPO. His expertise then shifted to AOL Time Warner, where he managed cross-media deals over their entire canvas of media properties, with particular focus on the gaming and music industries.
Tim then drove business development within the Omnicom Group of agencies. Before joining Optimal, he held a similar role with RockYou, a well-known social gaming company in Silicon Valley, where he led all product, channel and partnership marketing efforts.
He is a graduate of the University of San Diego and holds an MBA from The McDonough School of Business at Georgetown University in Washington, DC.
