Thomas is a seasoned engineer in security, directory and messaging technologies. He has more than 15 years of proven experience in backend development.
He was a lead architect in Red Hat’s directory and security group responsible for designing and implementing a suite of identity management software that is being deployed in mission critical sites including Department of Defense and AOL. He has held Principal Software Engineer positions at Sun Microsystems, AOL, Netscape.
Thomas also co-founded a company where he had written the first Java interface to LDAP. The company was later acquired by Netscape.
