Thomas is a Venture Partner at OpenView. Most recently, Mr. Charlton was CEO of VoiceGenie Technologies. The company won the “Profit 100” industry award and was acquired by Alcatel. Prior to VoiceGenie, Thomas was President and CEO of TrailBlazer Systems, which was acquired by NuBridges LLC. Prior to this, Thomas was President and CEO of Tidal Software, a systems management vendor specializing in job scheduling. At Tidal, Thomas took over an organization experiencing severe quarterly financial losses.
Thomas began his management career with US Surgical, where he held a number of executive management positions, ultimately managing one of the firm’s business units.
Thomas also serves as a member of the board of directors at eEye Digital Security.
