Founder and President of EnCirca, Inc., which was formed in 2001.

EnCirca provides domain name management services. It also operates the TM.Biz trademark protection servce and the SiteSee.com geo-mapping service.

Previously, Mr. Barrett was CEO of NetNames, Ltd, which was sold to Netbenefit, Ltd and Vice President of Thomson & Thomson, where he was responsible for the development of the SAEGIS trademark research platform.
