DaneVest Capital is a private investment management group newly formed by Terrence R. Wall, its sole owner, Chairman and CEO. Mr. Wall is also the Founder, largest owner and President of the general partner of T. Wall Properties Master Limited Partnership, which has raised over $165 million in capital for its projects and is one of the largest office developers in Wisconsin. Mr. Wall is a graduate of the Graaskamp Real Estate Program at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Mr. Wall has over 25 years of experience in the real estate industry. In the past few years Mr. Wall has directly or indirectly made personal investments in a number of early stage private venture capital opportunities.
