Teodoro D'Ambrosio

Teodoro D’Ambrosio is an ambitious Italian-Switzerland IT entrepreneur and angel investor with successful ventures in his track records and active portfolio of 20 companies.

As an Entrepreneur, he is now focus on the BRIC markets, mainly on the russian speaking markets. Teodoro is board member of Bravofly - Rumbo Group (the second european player in online flights) and is managing director of Bravoavia (formerly Bravofly Russia).

He is a really active Angel Investor, co-investing worldwide. The investment target is mainly Seed and Early stage web consumer companies, but he is also considering some growth stage investments.

He is venture partner of TA Venture, a Kiev-based venture fund, with which is doing most of his investments.

Teodoro started his career, as a techie, in year 2000 by joining the founding team of Emaze; he brought the company to become market leader in Italy for software and network security. He personally managed the implementation of security and audit platform for some of the biggest Italian corporations; among those Telecom Italia (TIT:MI), Eni (ENI:MI), Generali (G:MI / ASG:DE) and Fiat Group (FR:MI / FIAT:DE).

Teodoro has engineering degree and an executive degree from Berkeley.
