As Founder of Vopium, Tanveer Sharif has been involved in building up the company from scratch. In April 2008, he negotiated an investment deal of USD 6.8M dollars in the company.
Tanveer comes from a CEO position in Venture Cup, an organization under Mckinsey and Co. He has also a long track record from the public sector where he worked as advisor for Danish Parliamentarians as well as for different Danish ministeries.
He was elected member of Copenhagen County Council from 2002-2006, where he represented his party in the Social and Health Committees.
Before that he worked in the IT field for Danish companies like, Soft Design and Columbus IT partners.Tanveer is a Business Administration graduate from Copenhagen Business School and ESC Rouen, France.
