Ms. Tami Gilboa-Arbel is General Counsel and Chief Financial Officer for STAR in Israel, where she has served since late 2004. Prior to joining STAR, Ms. Gilboa-Arbel worked at the Human Capital department of Ernst & Young, Israel, which specializes in structuring global compensation schemes, and at Eitan, Pearl, Latzer & Cohen-Zedek, a leading law firm in Israel, where she practiced labor law.
