Tal is an executive recruiter and founder of Spring Search Group.
Spring Search Group is an executive recruiting firm based in the San Francisco Bay Area. They provide recruiting services for rapidly growing, small and mid-sized companies. Spring Search Group’s client base is comprised of venture-backed startups, private equity investments and rapid growth companies with $10M – $500M in revenues. They specialize in business positions including finance, accounting, marketing, analytics, human resources and operations.
Previously, Tal was part of the leadership team at Pure Digital Technologies (maker of the Flip Video camcorder), reporting to the CEO of Pure Digital.
Tal also developed analytical products for the financial sector at comScore Networks and was a senior associate at BEV Capital, a consumer-focused venture capital firm in Stamford, CT.
Tal has a bachelors in economics degree from The Wharton School of The University of Pennsylvania where he graduated cum laude.
