As VP Sales and co-founder of Eyeview, Tal Riesenfeld stands at the forefront of the video advertising industry, leading top-tier agencies and Fortune 500 companies to harness Eyeview’s personalized video ad solutions. Heading Eyeview’s strategic accounts, Tal executes company positioning and go-to market strategy, driving Eyeview’s 10x sales growth year over year.

Prior to Eyeview, Tal held positions in strategic sales and product management at YouTube and Hewlett-Packard, where he saw the need to transform the TV advertising landscape by leveraging sophisticated data and creating smart video technologies. In 2008, Tal won Harvard Business School’s best start-up competition for Eyeview, which was the first and only technology enabling TV advertisers to transform their video assets into personalized video ads.

Tal is a sought-after speaker at key industry events and was featured as a business leader in the book ‘Startup Nation’. He penned a Harvard case study on organizational team dynamics – drawing on his experiences as squad commander of an elite paratroopers unit, and as head of a large youth organization.

Tal holds a B.Sc. degree in Computer Science and an MBA with distinction from Harvard Business School.
