Susan Vincent brings over 20 years of customer-facing experience to MetraTech, gained across sales, professional services, and account management roles. Susan is responsible for managing all aspects of customer care, training, billing operations, hosting at MetraTech, while driving the highest levels of customer satisfaction. Before assuming her present role, Susan held the position of Director, Major Accounts, at MetraTech. Prior to MetraTech, Susan served as Director of Professional Services at Softrax Corporation. At Softrax, Susan was responsible for all facets of the service delivery process, creating new implementation strategies to improve service delivery and achieve better customer communications. Before Softrax, Susan held positions as Account Executive with TDC Solutions, and as Director of Professional Services for Client Server Solutions, where she created a standard implementation methodology and customer engagement model. Susan has a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Business Administration from Elon University.
