Ms. Jones has a comprehensive background with over 30 years in mergers and acquisition, finance, executive management and business operations. An entrepreneur in her own right, Ms. Jones co-founded and built a consumer electronics R&D manufacturing business over a 10 year period and then successfully sold it to a publicly held company. She also co-founded a vocational school in the fitness industry. Susan has held senior executive management positions where she was responsible for a broad range of activities including marketing, sales, operations, capital raises and business acquisitions. As a senior executive of two â€œFortune 100â€ Investment Banks and one â€œFortune 500â€ Investment Bank she has advised hundreds of middle market business owners on the merger and acquisition process, exit strategies and financial asset management.
Her participation in the process of buying and selling businesses spans a diverse range of technology, business services, industrial, medical device, publishing, consumer goods, manufacturing and health care businesses resulting in transactions from $1 million to $500 million.
As a detail-driven senior level executive and sales leader, she capitalized on growth opportunities for organizations ranging from startups to billion-dollar enterprises. She is an influential negotiator and specializes in conceptualizing and executing unique solutions for business positioning, turnaround and sales strategies. Having facilitated numerous M&A and corporate finance transactions she has the experience to facilitate and consumate even the most difficult transactions.
Ms. Jones studied at the University of California, Irvine and holds securities licenses, series 7, 79, and 66. She also holds a California Real Estate license
