He advises on a wide variety of local and international clients, and Government(s) on a broad range of issues, including issues relating to merger and acquisition transactions (domestic as well as cross-border), construction and real estate, commercial litigation, capital markets and corporate finance advisory, and franchising.

He also advises main contractors, employers, subcontractors and suppliers in the construction, engineering and oil & gas sectors. He has advised clients in relation to many projects in the UAE, Kuwait, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain and Oman.
