Sunil is responsible for leading SOMA Networks’ finance, accounting, and investor relations operations. Sunil joins SOMA Networks with over 25 years of financial management experience at high technology companies, with extensive experience in financial planning, capital allocation and funding, budgeting, risk management, and mergers and acquisitions. Prior to joining SOMA, Sunil was Treasurer of Leadis Technology. He has also held CFO positions at Volante Technologies and Nextset Corporation, and was the Treasurer at VLSI Technology, now part of Philips Semiconductor. Sunil also held various senior level finance positions at Maxtor Corporation and Amdahl Corporation. Sunil holds a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology in New Delhi, and an MBA from the University of California, Berkeley.
