Stuart is the co-founder and CEO of Signpost, an online advertising startup funded by Spark Capital and Google Ventures. Signpost provides a simple solution to help local businesses manage their online advertising through a single platform, while at the same time making it easier for mobile and online publishers to source relevant ad content from local businesses. Stuart started working on the concept while he was a student at Harvard Business School and led the company through bootstrapped product development and initial fund raising. The company is now based in Manhattan’s SoHo neighborhood.
Stuart was previously a consultant in the Private Equity Group at Bain & Company where he provided strategic advice for large buyout funds. He studied French and Finance at Miami University and received an MBA with distinction from Harvard Business School.
