Stuart Browning is a serial software entrepreneur and angel investor.

As Chairman and CEO of Billfish Software, Mr. Browning is focused on corporate growth and product strategy. Prior to Billfish, Mr. Browning was President of Embarcadero Technologies, a leading enterprise software vendor in San Francisco. He was a founder of the firm and helped build it from an initial startup to over $40 million in annualized revenues in 2000. Embarcadero Technologies (NASDAQ: EMBT) enjoyed the single most successful IPO of calendar year 2000. Previously, he co-founded Datura Corp, a Richmond, VA-based vendor of database tools that was acquired by Platinum Technologies. Mr. Browning was featured in Forbes Magazine’s Tech’s 100 Highest Rollers in April of 2001 where he was ranked #88.
