Steve is the Chief Financial Officer and responsible for Corporate Development at RockYou. Steve has over 15 years of financial management, corporate development and international experience. Prior to RockYou, Steve was the head of operations finance for Yahoo’s publisher network, where he consolidated business analytics and financial management. Before Yahoo, Steve was the head of corporate development at Bechtel Enterprises Holdings, Inc., the project development and investment subsidiary of the Bechtel Group. While at Bechtel, Steve led several high profile M&A transactions, as well as managed several energy and renewable energy investments. Steve also spent 3 years in Tokyo working for the Sanwa Bank, Ltd. in their project finance group.
Steve holds an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business, an MA in International Policy from Stanford University and a BA in History from Dartmouth College.
