Steven Thrasher is an entrepreneur and technologist from Dallas, Texas. He has received numerous patents for devices and processes ranging from search engine technology to caller-ID devices. In addition, for fifteen years as a USPTO licensed patent attorney, he has guided clients from initial filings through due diligence for myriad purposes, including exits and funding events (M&A, as well as equity and debt financing). He is a co-author of Aspen Publishing’s E-Copyright Practice Manuel. He has degrees in electrical engineering, finance, law (J.D.) and an MBA. Prior to his legal career, he worked at McDonnell Douglas Aircraft Corporation, and has an honorable discharge from the U.S. Air Force.
