Steven Dietz
Steven joined GRP Partners upon its founding in 1996. Formerly, Steven was a Senior Vice President of Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette in the Investment Banking Division and a member of DLJ’s Retailing Group for 14 years, where he provided advisory and capital raising services to more than 30 different retailers and numerous information technology companies.
Steven attended the University of Colorado and received a BS in Finance.
In our current portfolio, Steven sits on the Boards of OnTech, ResponseLogix, TrueCar and Zag. Prior Board seats include CTSpace (acquired by SWORD Group (NYSE EURONEXT: SWP), DealerTrack Holdings (NASDAQ: TRAK), Koral (acquired by Salesforce.com (NASDAQ: CRM) and UGO Entertainment (acquired by Hearst Corporation).
