Steven Dietz

Steven is a Partner of GRP Partners. Prior to GRP, Steven was a Senior Vice President of Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette in the Investment Banking Division and a member of DLJ’s Retailing Group for 14 years, where he provided advisory and capital raising services to more than 30 different retailers and numerous information technology companies.

In the current GRP portfolio, Steven sits on the Boards of TrueCar, Eagle Crest Energy, Digital Airstrike, Copilot Labs, ChowNow, uParts and Yield Metrics. Prior Board seats include CTSpace (acquired by SWORD Group, NYSE EURONEXT: SWP), Bill Me Later (acquired by eBay, NASDAQ: EBAY), DealerTrack (NASDAQ: TRAK), Koral (acquired by Salesforce.com, NASDAQ: CRM) and UGO Entertainment (acquired by Hearst Corporation).

Steven serves on the Board of Leaders of the USC Marshall School of Business.
