Steve Jackson is a certified public accountant with over 20 years of progressive accounting and finance experience. Prior to joining Verdezyne, he was a principal in a small consulting firm practicing process improvement and SOX compliance providing services to public accounting firms, mid-cap public companies and small start-ups. Mr. Jackson was director of internal audit at REMEC Inc., Vice President at Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC), a Fortune 500 defense contractor, and a senior consultant at Price Waterhouse. Mr. Jackson received his Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting from the University of Texas at Austin and a Master of Science degree in Accountancy from San Diego State University. Prior to becoming COO, Mr. Jackson served as Verdezyne CFO.
