Sterling McKinley is founder and CEO of McKinley Media Group. For the past nine years Sterling has helped corporations and nonprofits of all sizes attract more customers and increase sales. His background encompasses marketing and sales, both offline and online.

Sterling served as Account Executive for Clear Channel Communications, an advertising company. He was also the advertising coordinator for God Alive, an Internet radio station. Sterling has worked with Clear Channel Communications, National Association of Black Journalists (NABJ), Comprehensive Housing Assistance, Inc. (CHAI), The Baltimore Sun, AFLAC, Ourspace.com, and various other clients.

Sterling holds a Bachelor of Science in Communications & Public Relations from Morgan State University.

He has a passion for helping others realize and develop their potential and teaching entrepreneurs how to develop and maintain a profitable business. He is active in his community as a mentor in the Big Brother Big Sister program and teaches basic computers classes.
