Mr. Stephen A. Brodsky is a Managing Director at Vernon & Park Capital and brings over 10 years of business and financial experience to the Vernon & Park team. Most recently, Mr. Brodsky was the President of CHX Holdings, Inc., the parent company of the Chicago Stock Exchange, where he was responsible for financial, strategic planning and marketing and sales for the Exchange. Mr. Brodsky’s previous experience as Vice President, Investment Banking for Mesirow Financial afforded him the opportunity to focus on mergers and acquisitions and the analysis of strategic alternatives for companies in the financial services industry. Mr. Brodsky began his career with John Nuveen & Co., Inc. Mr. Brodsky received his BA from Syracuse University and his JD/MBA in Finance and International Business from Northwestern University.
