Stelleo Tolda is the COO of MercadoLibre, where he started in April of 2009. Stelleo served as the Country Manager of Mercado Livre, Brazil, between 1999 and 2010.
Before joining MercadoLibre, Tolda worked in the financial markets in both Lehman Brothers and Banco Pactual and Banco Icatu in Brazil.
Stelleo received his MBA from Stanford University, as well as a bachelors and masters in Mechanical Engineering from Stanford.
