With over 8 years of experience in IT engineering, development and management of enterprise products Stas brings to Neo extensive expertise in web-based platforms, streaming media, distributed storage, clustered solutions and networks. As CTO of Neo, Stas focuses on the technology and architecture of Neo, with the vision of managed services being the next evolutionary cycle of video surveillance products or MVaaS.
Prior to Neo, Stas acted as the CTO of BeeCom Israel, where he led the company’s strategic shift to open-source/Linux based platforms. He also participated in multiple high-profile software projects, consulting such organizations such as BeeContact, Dead Sea Labs, and Ministry of Defense, and was a co-founder of Comoona, the first Israeli online social network.
