Founded and developed Magic4 from promising technology start-up to profitable market leader. Raised venture funding of $21 million from 3i, Philip and Motorola. Recruitment and management of a senior team of industry professionals, and built the global organisation from zero to 150 people, with offices in the UK, USA, China, Hong Kong, France and India . Developed and recommended to the Board a strategy for a successful exit for the investors, negotiated and implemented the strategy (sale to Openwave for $83m in August 2004).
Produced strong consistent revenue growth of over 100% year on year; achieved profitability and positive cash flow, and $23 million in annual revenue.
