Simon Robertson was appointed as a non-executive director of the Economist Group in July 2005. He is non-executive chairman of Rolls Royce Group and a non-executive director of HSBC Holdings, the Royal Opera House, Berry Bros & Rudd and a partner of Simon Robertson Associates. He is chairman of the Royal Academy Trust and Trustee of the Eden Project Trust.
