Prior to Omnisio, Simon was a Senior Software Engineer at Sensory Networks. As one of the first employees Simon helped shape many of the company’s products, and later lead the development of its flagship intrusion detection and prevention solution.
Simon’s areas of expertise include high-performance networking and distributed systems, machine learning and optimization.
He holds a Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University, as well as Bachelor’s degrees in Software Engineering and Biochemistry from the University of Sydney. When he had spare time, Simon enjoyed taking photographs.
