As executive vice president and chief financial officer at Mincom, Simon Peach is responsible for managing all of Mincom’s global financial activities and driving company performance through better processes to measure, monitor and report results.
Simon comes to Mincom with over 30 years of management experience in finance, strategy and operations. He has driven company performance for both public and private companies across a broad range of industries including retail, distribution, manufacturing and building. Simon has extensive experience in private equity environments, leveraged companies and mergers and acquisitions. He has led a number of successful business transformation assignments that have resulted in significantly improved financial processes and business services systems.
