Simon co-founded Jobpartners in 1998. This company has raised in excess of €40 million of venture capital to date. Jobpartners now has a leading position in the European enterprise market for People Relationship Management solutions (supporting critical corporate processes such as recruitment, performance management and other parts of the Human Resources value chain).
He left in 2003 and founded Just Landed the same year. http://www.justlanded.com was created as a one-stop-shop for people moving country to live, work and study abroad. Just Landed now provides expatriates with more information in more languages than any other place on the web.
Simon has been involved directly and as an adviser to a number of other online businesses, has has a number of articles published and has given talks at several leading business schools.
